Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven Remote Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for finding and converting new clients, building strong relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Work Mode: Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and contact potential clients via email, social media, phone calls, and in-person outreach.
Reach a minimum of 150 client contacts per week.
Meet and exceed a K10,000 weekly and K40,000 monthly new business sales target.
Submit daily reports summarizing clients contacted and progress made.
Work closely with the management team to hand over closed clients for project execution.
Compensation
20% one-time commission on every successful new business sale (Website Development, Social Media Management, and related services).
Requirements
Proven sales experience or relevant qualification.
Access to a laptop, mobile phone, reliable internet, and power supply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
