Job Position required
1. Administration Manager
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration or management.
Background in security, logistics, or corporate sectors is an added advantage
Skilled in budgeting, procurement, and compliance reporting.
Experience supervising staff and managing office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative and office operations to ensure efficiency.
Manage company budgets, procurement, and inventory control.
Supervise administrative staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
Prepare reports, handle documentation, and maintain accurate records.
Support management in policy formulation and implementation.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, staff training, and company events.
Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards.
2. Operations Officer
3–5 years’ experience in security operations, law enforcement, or risk management.
Proven ability to supervise guards and coordinate field operations.
Knowledge of security systems, patrol planning, and incident management.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily security operations.
Manage deployment schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
Conduct site inspections and ensure guards adhere to company procedures.
Respond to incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Liaise with clients to ensure service satisfaction and address concerns.
Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of security staff.
3. Receptionist
2–3 years’ experience in front office or customer service roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and record management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience handling calls, visitors, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and manage front-desk correspondence.
Maintain visitor logs and uphold access control procedures.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Uphold confidentiality and represent the company positively to all stakeholders.
