ExpressCredit Zambia is looking for a Head of Sales to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
*Key Responsibilities:*
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
✅ Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team
✅ Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards
✅ Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide reports
✅ Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and areas for growth
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
✅ Oversee sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports
✅ Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives
✅ Review and improve sales processes, systems, and customer acquisition strategies
✅ Coach and develop sales staff through training, performance management, and mentorship
*Qualifications and Experience:*
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
✅ Professional qualification in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
✅ Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
✅ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
